Terms of Sale

These terms are the agreement between you and Oliver Omni Systems LLC, trading as Buda Capone, when you use this site or buy from it. Please read them with the Model Licence and the Refund Policy, which are part of them.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. You can browse and buy without an account. You agree that the information you give us is true.

2. What we sell

Digital 3D models: original, unrigged 3D artwork delivered as files (for example GLB, FBX, OBJ, USDZ and textures). They are digital art only. No physical item, metal or gemstone is sold or shipped with them. Words such as "gold", "diamond" and "iced" describe how the art looks.
Commissions: one-of-one pieces built to your brief.
Merch: physical clothing and prints, made and shipped by our print partner.

3. Numbered editions

A numbered edition has a fixed size (for example 50). Numbers are given in the order payments clear. Your number is engraved into your copy and recorded on your certificate.
When an edition sells out it is retired. We will not make more copies of that edition. A cancelled or refunded number is retired too, never resold.
Collectables are not investments. We make no promise that any piece will hold or gain value, and nothing on this site is financial advice. We do not sell mystery boxes, random drops, NFTs or crypto items.
Edition ownership can move to another collector only through our official transfer process, so the Vault Ledger stays true.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where the law requires. Payment is taken by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay) or PayPal (PayPal, Venmo); their own terms also apply. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent or was priced by obvious mistake; if we do, we refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Digital files are delivered by a secure download link, by email and on your order page, normally within minutes. Links may expire or allow a limited number of downloads to protect the edition; we resend on request. Merch ships from our print partner; times and costs are shown at checkout. The risk of loss for merch passes to you when it is delivered to the carrier, except where the law says otherwise.

5b. Pre-orders

Some pieces are sold as pre-orders, marked on the piece page and at checkout. You pay now, your edition number is given at once, and your files are delivered within the time shown (for example 14 days). If we cannot deliver in that time, we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund or agree a new date. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before the files are delivered.

6. Commissions

We agree the brief, price and stages in writing before work starts. A deposit starts the build; the balance is due before final delivery. You approve each stage. Commissions are 1 of 1. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we keep the copyright, you get the licence described in the Model Licence, and we may show the finished piece in our portfolio and on stream.

7. Using the site

Do not copy, scrape, or download the site's media or the 3D showroom to rebuild our pieces; do not try to break its security; do not use it for anything unlawful. Reviews and messages you send must be your own and lawful; you let us show your review on the site.

8. Our rights

Every design, model, film, name and logo on this site belongs to us. Buying a piece gives you a licence to use your copy, not ownership of the design or its copyright.

9. Chargebacks

If a payment for a delivered digital piece is reversed without first contacting us, the licence for that copy ends, its number is retired and its downloads are disabled. Please write to us first; we fix almost every problem quickly.

10. Our responsibility

Digital files are provided "as is". We test them in common 3D tools, but we cannot promise they work in every engine, game, mod or platform, or that a third-party platform will allow their use. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

11. Your responsibility

You are responsible for using your files in line with the rules of any platform, game or server where you use them. You agree to cover our reasonable losses caused by your breach of these terms or the Model Licence.

12. Disputes

Please contact us first; most issues are solved within days. If not, these terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, USA, and either of us may bring a claim in the small-claims court where you live or in the courts of Ohio. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country.

13. Changes and contact
