Model Licence

Effective 2026-10-25

When you buy a piece, you buy a licence to use your numbered copy. Here is what that licence allows, in plain words.

You may

Use your copy in your own projects: games, mods for your own server or community, renders, animations, videos and live streams.
Earn money from content that shows the piece (monetised videos and streams, a game you sell), as long as the files themselves cannot be pulled out and reused by others.
Modify it: rig it, re-texture it, resize it, combine it with your own work.
Use it on one game server or community at a time. Another server needs another licence.

You may not

Resell, share, give away, upload or re-distribute the files, whether changed or not, including in asset packs, marketplaces, "leaks" or shared drives.
Remove or hide the edition engraving or the file's ownership data.
Claim the design as your own, or sell anything made from it as a separate product.
Turn it into NFTs or crypto items, or use it to train or fine-tune AI models.
Use it in anything unlawful, hateful, or that suggests we endorse you.

Unrigged, engine-neutral

Models are delivered unrigged, in standard formats, at real-world scale, with looping animations for the parts that move where noted. They are not made for, or from, any particular game, and they include no files from any game. If you use them with a game or platform, you must follow that platform's own rules.

Your number, your copy

Your licence belongs to your edition number. To pass it to another collector, use our official transfer: the old copy's licence ends and the new owner's begins, and the Vault Ledger is updated. Commissions (1 of 1) carry the same licence unless we agreed other terms in writing.

If the licence is broken

The licence ends automatically if you break it. You must then delete every copy. We may disable downloads, retire the number and take legal action for copyright infringement.

Everything not given to you here stays with Oliver Omni Systems LLC (Buda Capone), which owns the copyright in every design.
