Refunds

Effective 2026-10-25

We want every collector happy with their piece. Because digital files are delivered at once and cannot be "returned", here is how refunds work.

Digital pieces

Not downloaded yet: ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Broken or not as described: tell us within 30 days. We fix it or send a working file. If we cannot within 14 days, we refund you in full.
Charged twice or by mistake: we refund the extra charge.
Otherwise, once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final.
A refunded copy's licence ends and its edition number is retired, never resold.

EU and UK customers: you have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. At checkout we ask you to agree that delivery starts at once and that you lose this right once the download begins. Before you download, you can still cancel.

Commissions

Before work starts, you can cancel for a full refund. After the deposit starts the build, the deposit is not refundable, because the time has been spent on your piece. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we refund what you paid for the stages not delivered.

Merch

Items are made to order by our print partner. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it. We cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size, so please check the size guide.

How to ask

Email budacapone1@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days after we approve them.
